Pondering

pexels-photo-2122954-1Have you ever just sat and pondered about your life? Do you wonder why all the great things keep happening to others and not you? Life isn’t fair you say. You feel alone, unnoticed and perhaps just invisible. Why is that? Has the world just dealt you a bad hand? Perhaps it’s karma from a past life.

Well no, no , no, and no. You are the most beautiful person ever. You matter! Perhaps you have blinders on. It’s time to take them off! There are people all around trying to help you and love you but you can’t see them. Open your eyes and look in the mirror.

Get to know yourself. Start to love yourself. You want to recognize those that resonate love. If you kick yourself down you just give others permission to do the same. Learn to swim. Learn to stay afloat. You don’t need to drown in the stinking shitty swamps life may throw at you. Arm yourself with self-love so other’s harpoons sharpened with hate, jealously and contempt don’t penetrate your heart. You are amazing. You deserve great things too and they are waiting for you.

It’s a journey and it takes time. Be patient and remember you only need one person to be your main cheerleader. Why not let it be you? Do you agree?

Tossed- Not just salad

Lettuce start with how happy I am that you tossed me. I am now with a very cherry tomato basking in the company of the spiciest pepper in the world. I’m with a very juicy cucumber too!

So keep your rutabaga self and those bitter onions out of the salad bowl. No use for your cheap oils here either. I now have Top Classic Italian baby. I’m worth more than all the carrots combined.

PS you can now garlic yourself!

A rush for time. Time that leaves and I can’t grasp. Those minutes gone and no longer here.

Don’t Let Them

They can take your money. They can strip you of your clothes. You will be left stranded and feeling all alone.

But one thing you must not allow is the taking over of your soul. Hold on to it with all your might. You and only you must have total control.

You matter so let that negativity scatter. Build a wall of love for yourself. Stand strong in love and admiration for yourself. Say goodbye to the leeaches and the vermin! Say I love you to yourself.

Good morning dear bloggers, thank you for reading my posts. If no one has told you this week that they love you then grab a mirror and tell yourself. Yes indeed.

Having been bullied throughout my younger years made me question my own worth but something deep within me kept me going. That was faith. Faith that tomorrow would be better. It’s a journey to go on.

It is difficult to deal with an ugly past but you must do if you want to put an end to it. You otherwise become an adult and keep hearing the harsh words in your head that you are ugly and that no one loves you. It is time to stop rewinding and replaying the pain. Start recording and playing self-love. Meditation, self help books, great friends and therapy does help.
